PROJECT
MAINTAIN
When you are
dealing with old buildings like ours (1928), making sure that floors,
walls and ceilings are in good order is a big job.
- Roof, foundation,
porch, etc. repairs to residence building. The insurance company
has insisted that these be repaired in order to continue its coverage.
($500)
- Repairing
the gutters and tuckpointing the brick walls outside the temple
building on the southwestern corner. The mortar has been eroded
by water from a faulty gutter and is deteriorating the walls inside
and outside. ($1,750)
- Upgrading
the temple building electrical system. We have completed half
of the task but to complete the remainder will require help. This
will replace the old wiring and screw-in fuse system and make
the electrical safer. ($1,200)
- Upgrading
the electrical box at the residence house from old style fuses
to modern breaker system. ($500)
- Repair large
refrigerator in the temple kitchen. The wiring and thermostat
require help. ($200)
- Acquire a
new or nearly new large refrigerator. The one we have is full
and a second one is needed. ($800)
Total: $4950.
